View my orders

  1. Open the Personal Center: After signing in, click your avatar in the sidebar and open the Personal Center.
  2. Go to the orders page: In the Personal Center, find and click "My Orders".
  3. View order details: Here you can see all the paid decks you have purchased, including order status, payment details and order date.

Manage my earnings

  1. Go to Earnings Management: Also in the Personal Center, click the "Earnings Management" page.
  2. View earning sources: See your earnings from the Community and the Knowledge Base.
  3. Earning details: Check the source, amount and time of each earning so your records stay clear and transparent.
