Membership Redemption

You can redeem membership benefits by joining official events, or by buying or using a redemption card.

How to get a code

1. Join an official event and meet its requirements to receive a membership redemption code. Follow the Conbrie WeChat Official Account and our official Xiaohongshu (RED) account to hear about events in time.

2. Receive a redemption card from another user or buy one yourself. Each card comes with one redemption code. Enter the code on the redemption page to redeem the membership benefits.

How to redeem

1. On PC, go to conbrie.com, click your avatar in the top-left corner to open the Personal Center, and find the "Redemption code" option.
2. On mobile, open the membership code redemption page: click here (membership code redemption page), sign in, and redeem your code.

Redemption rules

• Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot be redeemed again, so please double-check before redeeming.
• After a code is redeemed, the membership benefits are added to your account automatically.
• Multiple membership codes can be stacked.
