Introduction
The "Conbrie Content Publishing, Payment and Refund Rules" (the "Rules") are rules that you (the "User") should understand and comply with, as set out by Wuxi Houlang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("Conbrie" or "we"), regarding payment and collection activities you engage in on the Conbrie platform. Please read them carefully.
You fully understand and agree that the following are important prerequisites for using the corresponding Conbrie services: validly registering a Conbrie account; completing your identity information for real-name verification as required by current laws and by Conbrie and/or third-party payment institutions or other partner institutions (if required); and complying with the "User Agreement" and other agreements and service guidelines displayed and updated from time to time by Conbrie (including but not limited to Conbrie platform service rules, service descriptions and help documents, collectively the "Service Rules") as well as the "Community Rules" (if any). The foregoing agreements and Service Rules form a valid and inseparable part of these Rules and have the same legal effect. You should read, understand and accept them together.
Ways in which you agree to this agreement and other rules include but are not limited to:
- accepting by clicking "I agree" or by other means;
- oral or written statements made by email, phone, fax, instant messaging or similar means;
- where this agreement or other rules (including but not limited to service descriptions and help documents) contain a "deemed consent" clause, clicking to agree or actually using the Conbrie services in any other form;
- any other means recognized by both you and us.
1. Content publishing rules
1.1 Creators must pass the verification process of the Conbrie Resource Community to ensure the authenticity and legality of their identity.
1.2 Published content must be original or legally licensed. Plagiarism, piracy and any other infringement of others' intellectual property are strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned from publishing content on the platform and may face legal liability.
1.3 Before publishing, creators must carefully read and agree to the platform's terms of service and user agreements, including but not limited to copyright protection and the user privacy policy.
2. Paid purchase rules
2.1 Before purchasing content, users should carefully read the content description and reviews to understand its quality and suitability.
2.2 Once payment is completed, the user is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the content, and refunds are not supported (except in special circumstances). In special circumstances, such as serious quality problems or misleading descriptions, users may request a negotiated refund.
2.3 Payment methods must comply with national laws and regulations to ensure the security and legality of transactions.
3. Refund rules
3.1 In special circumstances, such as serious quality problems or misleading descriptions, users have the right to request a refund. The creator and the platform will jointly negotiate the refund.
3.2 When processing a refund request, the Conbrie Resource Community will deduct a 15% handling and service fee to cover platform operating costs.
3.3 The refund process shall be completed within 7 business days after a valid refund request is received.
4. Intellectual property protection
4.1 The Conbrie Resource Community will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect creators' intellectual property from infringement. We will take necessary legal measures against infringement.
4.2 Users must not infringe others' intellectual property when using the platform services; otherwise they shall bear the corresponding legal liability.
5. Governing law and dispute resolution
5.1 The Conbrie Resource Community reserves the right to interpret these Rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Rules shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the Conbrie Resource Community is located.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 These Rules take effect from the date of publication. The Conbrie Resource Community reserves the right to update these Rules at any time.
6.2 Before using the Conbrie Resource Community services, please read and agree to these Rules carefully.
These Rules aim to protect the legitimate rights and interests of creators and users and to promote the healthy development of the paid-knowledge industry. We hope every creator and user finds value and enjoyment on this platform.
