Introduction
The "Conbrie Withdrawal Rules and Service Fees" (the "Rules") are rules that you (the "User") should understand and comply with, as set out by Wuxi Houlang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("Conbrie" or "we"), regarding payment and collection activities you engage in on the Conbrie platform. Please read them carefully.
You fully understand and agree that the following are important prerequisites for using the corresponding Conbrie services: validly registering a Conbrie account; completing your identity information for real-name verification as required by current laws and by Conbrie and/or third-party payment institutions or other partner institutions (if required); and complying with the "User Agreement" and other agreements and service guidelines displayed and updated from time to time by Conbrie (including but not limited to Conbrie platform service rules, service descriptions and help documents, collectively the "Service Rules") as well as the "Community Rules" (if any). The foregoing agreements and Service Rules form a valid and inseparable part of these Rules and have the same legal effect. You should read, understand and accept them together.
Ways in which you agree to this agreement and other rules include but are not limited to: 1) accepting by clicking "I agree" or by other means; 2) oral or written statements made by email, phone, fax, instant messaging or similar means; 3) where this agreement or other rules (including but not limited to service descriptions and help documents) contain a "deemed consent" clause, clicking to agree or actually using the Conbrie services in any other form; 4) any other means recognized by both you and us.
Article 1 User withdrawal rules
1.1 Withdrawal rules for individual users
1.1.1 After a user purchases a product, the order income is credited to the "pending earnings" account under "creator earnings".
To protect users' interests and meet fund accounting requirements, the earnings of each order are automatically transferred to the "withdrawable balance" after 7 days. Users can click the "Withdraw" button to withdraw the "withdrawable balance" to a bank card, WeChat Wallet or Alipay.
1.1.2 Each withdrawal automatically transfers the entire "withdrawable balance". Withdrawals generally arrive within 24 hours.
1.1.3 Users may initiate one withdrawal every 24 hours, with a maximum of CNY 2,000 per withdrawal.
1.2 Withdrawal service fees for individual users
After a user receives earnings, Conbrie charges a 15% service fee, which includes a 1% third-party payment fee and the withholding of individual income tax.
1.3 Withdrawal rules for enterprise users
For withdrawals within CNY 100,000 or payments to a corporate account, users need to contact us to enable corporate payment. Enterprise users must pay income tax on withdrawn income themselves; the platform does not withhold it.
1.4 Withdrawal service fees for enterprise users
After an enterprise user receives earnings, Conbrie charges a 5.7% technical service fee. If the withdrawal amount exceeds CNY 100,000, the fee rate is adjusted to 5%. We will keep adjusting the service fees for enterprise users based on service improvements and market conditions, and special cases can be negotiated.
Article 2 Frequently asked questions about earnings
2.1 New orders and withdrawable income
The amount of a new order is first credited to "pending earnings" and transferred to the "withdrawable balance" after 7 days.
2.2 New orders and changes in pending earnings
If "pending earnings" did not increase or decreased, part of the earnings may have been transferred to the "withdrawable balance" while the new income was lower than the amount transferred. In this case, the "withdrawable balance" should have increased.
2.3 Withdrawal arrival time
Conbrie withdrawals usually arrive instantly. However, because funds are settled daily (usually in the evening), a withdrawal may be delayed, but it is guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours.
If a withdrawal does not arrive on time, the receiving account may be restricted. In this case, we will notify the user through a system message.
