Premium Membership Service Agreement

This English version is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Welcome to Conbrie Premium membership.

Conbrie Premium membership is developed by the owner of Conbrie (website: https://www.conbrie.com) to provide Conbrie users (hereinafter mostly referred to as "you") with paid value-added membership benefits.

Please read carefully and fully understand each clause of this Agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability. Minors shall read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.

By obtaining and using Conbrie Premium membership in any form, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you object to any term of this Agreement, you may choose not to activate this product.

1. Service Content

Conbrie Premium membership is a value-added product created by Conbrie for its users, which includes a variety of exclusive membership benefits.

The device or software version you use with Conbrie may affect your normal enjoyment of Conbrie Premium membership benefits. When this occurs, we will recommend that you change your device or remind you to upgrade in a timely manner, so as not to affect your normal enjoyment of all membership benefits.

The membership benefits included in Conbrie Premium membership are subject to the information published by Conbrie on the Premium membership introduction page. Conbrie has the right to adjust all or part of the membership benefits based on its business development. Such adjustments will be announced on the above membership service page, and you may also contact customer service at any time to learn about the current membership benefits in detail.

2. Activation and Termination

By agreeing to this Agreement and paying the membership fee, or by other means such as using a redemption code, you may obtain Conbrie Premium membership (hereinafter referred to as "Membership").

Validity period of Conbrie Premium membership: calculated from the date the Premium membership is activated; the specific validity period can be viewed on your personal page. If a member renews or otherwise extends the membership term within the validity period, the validity period will be extended accordingly. If a member does not extend the term in any way after the Membership expires, Conbrie has the right to stop providing the corresponding membership benefits.

When activating Conbrie Premium membership, you shall carefully check the account information, membership term, membership fee and other information.

A member's failure to use Conbrie membership benefits shall not be deemed a waiver of the corresponding rights. However, if a member violates any of Conbrie's management rules, or if there are abnormalities in the member's account, Conbrie has the right to impose restrictions on or freeze the corresponding member account in accordance with the management rules. In such case, the member's account functions and membership benefits will be restricted.

3. Membership Fees and Renewal

The Conbrie Premium membership fee is subject to the price indicated by Conbrie on the membership introduction page at the time you purchase Conbrie Premium membership.

If you enabled auto-renewal when purchasing Conbrie Premium membership, your Conbrie Premium membership will be automatically renewed upon expiration. If you do not wish to renew or do not want automatic charges, you have the right to turn off the auto-renewal function before the next period's fee is automatically deducted.

You may turn off the auto-renewal function in the third-party payment account or system. The paths are as follows:

iOS / macOS : The path varies depending on the system version; for details, please refer to Apple's official instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

Alipay: Alipay app → Mine → Settings → Payment Settings → Password-free Payment/Auto-debit → Tap "Conbrie Premium membership" → Cancel service.

Refunds are supported within 3 days after a successful purchase of Conbrie Premium membership.

4. Member Account Management

Members shall comply with all rules of Conbrie, including but not limited to this Agreement and the "Conbrie Terms of Use" and other rules and regulations, as well as the various notices and announcements related to Conbrie users and Conbrie Premium members that Conbrie publishes from time to time (collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Management Rules").

If you obtain Membership through a redemption code, as a gift or by other means, Conbrie has the right, in accordance with the Management Rules, to invalidate redemption codes that were improperly gifted or provided in violation of the rules and to cancel your Membership, and we are not required to provide you with any compensation as a result. If a third party gives you Membership as a gift (for example, in connection with a promotional campaign with a third party), Conbrie shall not be responsible for any third-party products or services provided by such third party or for any marketing publicity or promotional schemes.

Conbrie shall not bear any liability for the disclosure of a member's account password or damage to membership benefits caused by reasons not attributable to Conbrie. If a member discovers that the account has been stolen, the member shall promptly change the password or recover the account in accordance with the Management Rules. To avoid risks arising from account theft, Conbrie also has the right to proactively restrict or freeze abnormal accounts, and to suspend or terminate the provision of membership benefits to abnormal accounts.

Members shall not obtain Membership by improper means, shall not provide their member accounts to third parties for use in any form such as lending, leasing or selling, shall not share or sell the membership benefits they enjoy to third parties in any form, shall not abuse membership benefits, and shall not use Membership to obtain improper benefits. If a member engages in improper conduct, violates the Management Rules, or harms the interests of Conbrie or other Conbrie users in any form, Conbrie has the right to suspend or cancel the member's Membership without refunding the membership fees already collected. In addition, the violating member shall bear all liabilities and consequences arising therefrom.

Disputes caused by reasons attributable to the member shall have nothing to do with Conbrie, and the member shall bear the corresponding liability on their own. If such disputes harm the lawful rights and interests of Conbrie, Conbrie has the right to cancel the member's Membership without refunding the membership fees already collected. Meanwhile, Conbrie has the right to protect its own rights and interests by lawful means.

5. Modification of the Agreement

In light of the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the needs of Conbrie's business development, Conbrie has the right to modify or change the terms of this Agreement. Once the content of this Agreement changes, Conbrie will, depending on the actual circumstances, notify you by means including but not limited to system prompts and announcements.

If you do not agree to the modifications made by Conbrie to the relevant terms of this Agreement, you have the right to stop using Conbrie Premium membership, and Conbrie will, within 14 days, refund the fees you have paid corresponding to the membership period you have not yet enjoyed. If you continue to use it, you shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications made by Conbrie to the relevant terms of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

If, due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of Conbrie, Conbrie is unable to provide membership benefits normally, Conbrie will promptly issue a notice and reasonably handle the aftermath, so as to minimize members' losses.
