Resource Community User Agreement

Article 1 General Provisions

1.1 This Agreement applies to all users who use the services of the Conbrie Resource Community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community"). Before using the Community services, users shall carefully read and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
1.2 The Community reserves the right to modify this Agreement, and any modifications will be published on the Community website or app. A user's continued use of the Community services indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Article 2 User Rights and Obligations

2.1 Users have the right to freely browse, download and share the knowledge content within the Community, provided that they comply with national laws and regulations and the Community rules.
2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and shall not transfer their accounts to others for use. If an account is found to have been stolen, the user shall promptly notify the Community administrator.
2.3 Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and shall not upload or disseminate content that infringes upon the copyrights of others. Violators will face penalties such as account suspension.
2.4 Users shall ensure the authenticity and legality of the content they upload, and shall not publish information containing false information, illegal information or misleading content.

Article 3 Content Management and Copyright Protection

3.1 The Community has the right to review the content uploaded by users to ensure that it complies with laws, regulations and Community rules. For content that violates the rules, the Community has the right to take measures such as deletion and blocking, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
3.2 For verified creators, the paid content they upload enjoys copyright protection. The Community will provide the necessary technical support and legal protection to prevent infringements.
3.3 Users agree that, once their content is adopted by the Community as an official featured recommendation, the Community has the right to use such content worldwide free of charge for promotion and display.

Article 4 Liability and Compensation

4.1 Users who cause losses to the Community or other users by violating the provisions of this Agreement shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
4.2 The Community shall not bear direct liability for the content uploaded by users; however, if a user suffers losses due to the fault of the Community, the Community shall bear the corresponding liability in accordance with the law.

Article 5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

5.1 The interpretation, modification, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
5.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved by the parties through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at the place where the Community is located.

Article 6 Miscellaneous

6.1 This Agreement takes effect on the date of its publication, and the Conbrie Resource Community is responsible for its interpretation.
6.2 Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
